Welcome to RALIA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RisqBase d.o.o. ("RisqBase", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using RALIA, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RALIA on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. We have written them in plain language to make them easy to understand.
1. About RALIA
1.1 What RALIA Does
RALIA is an AI-powered compliance platform that helps organisations understand and meet their obligations under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Our services include:
- Compliance Intelligence: Guided intelligence reports to determine how the AI Act applies to your AI systems
- Risk Classification: Analysis of your AI systems against AI Act risk categories
- Document Creation: Creation of compliance documents such as Legitimacy Impact Assessments (LIA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA)
- Horizon Intelligence: Regulatory updates and guidance monitoring
- Conversational AI Interviewer: AI-guided help through the compliance process
1.2 What RALIA Is Not
Important:
RALIA provides support tools and guidance to help with compliance, but we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Our Platform:
- Does not replace qualified legal counsel
- Does not guarantee regulatory compliance
- Does not create a solicitor-client or advisor-client relationship
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions
RALIA outputs are advisory only and must be reviewed and approved by users before being relied upon.
We strongly recommend consulting with qualified legal professionals for specific compliance questions, especially for high-risk AI systems.

2.2 Account Types
Individual Accounts: For personal or professional use by one person.
Organisation Accounts: For use by businesses and teams. The person who creates an organisation account becomes the "Owner" with full administrative rights. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing user access.

3.3 Assessment Data
When you conduct assessments:
